e-Wax PM 70/110

e-Wax PM is an ideal sculpturing wax for wax-up techniques. It can be precisely drawn due to its high rigidity and low melting range. Cusp tips can be exactly elaborated due to tis strength and non-deliquescence.

e-Wax E 70/110

e-Wax E - the universal sculpturing wax for the complete precious-metal-technique. e-Wax E applies new standards regarding wax-techniques. It combines all features that technicians demand from modern sculpturing waxes. e-Wax E can be excellently drawn in order to elaborate cusp tips or to form individual retainers. It is extremely shape-retentive and low in contraction. Due to its inner stability e-Wax E has optimum carving properties leaving a plain surface that hardly needs any reworking measures. Occlusal stops and contact points can be reproduced true to the original during casting due to the reduced inner elasticity of e-Wax E.

New opaque pastel colors guarantee a soft contrast towards the plaster model - very comfortable for the eyes.

e-Wax Mill 70/110

The combined technique makes different demands on the waxes used. For carving the wax should not be too hard or brittle. For milling, however, the wax should be of a certain hardness. Combining these basically different requirements in one single wax seems to be almost impossible. For this reason we adapted our milling wax to the different fields of activity.

e.Wax TOOTH SCULPTURING WAX

  • Universally applicable sculpturing wax in the shape of the molar 26
  • suits both castable ceramic systems and metal casting
  • high stability – low melting-point
  • proper carving features leaving a smooth surface

Universal sculpturing wax in the shape of the molar 26 – created by Germany specialist. Contraction-free wax available in two opaque and two trans parent (ash-free) textures: both suited for metal casting and all-ceramics.

Its high stability as well as the low melting-point allow precise wax-ups: ideal for the gnathological wax-up technique. The inner stability of the wax guarantees proper carving features leaving a smooth surface.

e-Wax Dipp 300

e-Wax Dipp 300 is the elastic dipping wax for achieving precisely fitting wax copings involving excellent carving and cutting properties. The high elasticity of the wax prevents the coping from an enduring deformation when removing it from the die. Thereby an easy adaption and best fitting accuracy of the casted crowns is guaranteed. The physical properties provided by this special elastic wax almost come up to the properties of a thermoformed synthetic coping. Ideal dipping wax temperature: e-Wax Dipp 300 87° C.

Dipping. Stripping the die at the brink of the dipping pot.

Dipping wax is high elastic and it does not crack and maintaining its shape for deformations.

Ready wax cap compressive returns to its former position

Dipping wax is characterized by its high precision fitting accuracy and its excellent sculpturing properties.

Base Plate

By the harmonious combination of bees waxes, micro waxes and paraffins Base Plate wax complies with the highest standards. When shaping there are no restoring forces but a strong adhesion without being sticky. Base Plate wax can be sculptured and cut extremely well. When shaping Base Plate wax does not bend back and has high adhesive strength without sticking.
